French Army weapon scabbard.
Model: EL33
The EL 33 weapon scabbard, intended mainly to carry and protect the FAMAS assault rifle, was originally used in addition to the EL 32 sheath bag. Its use was then extended to many other sheaths, both in automatic than ordered.
It is intended to be used open down. It is easily adjustable and lockable. Retrieving the weapon after the jump is easy and quick.
There are 3 other “EL 33” scabbards as standard:
EL 33 FELIN for the FAMAS equipped with FELIN,
EL 33 NG for the HK 416, HK417 and MINIMI 7.62.
EL 33 NG2 for the HK416, HK417 and MINIMI 7.62.
All these scabbards are designed for specific weapons based on the EL 33 scabbard. The scabbards adapt their dimensions according to the weapon for which they are designed.
